2024-25
CROSS COUNTRY: competed in the 5k and 6k. Ran a career best in the 5k of 18:58.5 at the Louisville Classic, and finished with a time of 24:38.4 in the 6k at the Fighting Scots Invite. INDOORS: participated in the 5000m, ran a season best of 18:48.25 at the GVSU Big Meet- Friday, placing 10th. OUTDOORS: participated in the 5000m, and 3000m steeplechase. Ran a season best of 18:32.54 in 5000m at the Marty Pushkin Invitational, placing 3rd, and 11:26.52 in 3000m steeplechase at the 2025 PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, placing 4th.
2023-24
CROSS COUNTRY: competed in the 6k and ran a career best of 22:46.9 at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships. INDOORS: competed in the mile, 3000m, 5000m. Ran a career best mile time of 5:26.78 at the 2024 YSU Indoor Mid Major, career best time in the 3000m with 10:34.36 at the SPIRE Indoor Games 2024, and her fastest time in the 5000m of 19:06.91 at the YSU Indoor Track & Field Invitational. OUTDOORS: competed in the 5000m and the 5000m steeplechase. Ran a career best in the 5000m of 18:24.97 at the 2024 Carnegie Mellon Track & Field Invitational, and a career best in the 3000m steeplechase of 11:28.80 at the 2024 PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
