Joined the team after the football season and was the backup at heavyweight … ended the year with an 11-5 record, with two falls, two technical falls and a major decision … earned a second place finish at the Cleveland State Open.
 
2010-11
Served as the backup at heavyweight, finishing with a 13-5 record with 3 falls and a major decision ... placed second at the National Collegiate Open, winning three of four matches ... was third at the Keystone Classic, going 4-1, including a 3-1 decision over Liberty’s Joshua Pellitier in the third place match ... won lone dual, a 2-0 decision over Ohio State’s Jonathan Hines.
 
2009-10
Saw plenty of action while competing in open tournaments, finishing with a 30-18 record with seven falls … placed in four tournaments, including a third place finish in the Shorty Hitchcock Classic and the JCC Open … came in fourth in the CSU Open and the UB Open … wins at the UB Open included a 7-2 decision over Bloomsburg starter Zac Walsh … went 3-2 at the Oklahoma Gold Classic and Reno Tournament and was 2-2 at the Southern Scuffle.
 
2008-09
Recorded a 5-7 record while redshirting and competing in open events ... wrestled in the UB?Open, the Nittany Lion open, and the Kent State Open ... went 2-2 at the Nittany Lion Open.
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Wrestled for coach Tim McCamley at Philipsburg-Osceola High School ... finished his senior season with a 36-8 record, placing fifth at the PIAA Class AAA state championships ... defeated Danny Estricher of Mechanicsburg, 4-2, in the fifth place match ... earlier placed second at the District 6 Tournament and was third at the Northwest Regional Tournament ... had a 25-13 record as a junior, once again finishing as the District 6 runner-up ... a two-time first team Progressland All-Star selection ... was also a standout in football, earning Pennsylvania Football News second team All-State accolades as a senior, along with being named an Altoona Mirror first team All-Star twice.
