Jake Sisson (Jamestown, N.Y. / Jamestown) accounted for 508 yards and six touchdowns to lead Edinboro to a 44-38 win at Lock Haven and a 2-0 start. Sisson would compete 28 of 47 passes for 486 yards, the second-highest single-game, for 5 TDs. He tied the school record for passing touchdowns and scored a sixth touchdown on the ground to match the record for touchdowns responsible for in a game. Sisson had a team-high 31 yards rushing on nine carries, giving him 517 yards in total offense, also second all-time. He even caught an 11-yard pass from Caratelli.
