This week’s Fighting Scots Male Athlete of the Week is redshirt sophomore wrestler A.J. Schopp (Tyrone, PA/Tyrone Area).  Schopp won his second consecutive Eastern Wrestling League championship on Saturday defeating Shelton Mack of Pittsburgh in the 133 lb. weight class.  The third-year sophomore picked up his 18^th fall of the season and 37^th of his career in the semifinals, pinning Cody Wheeler of Lock Haven at 4:15.  Schopp was honored by the EWL for scoring the most dual-meet points this season.
