EDINBORO, Pa. (November 2, 2015) – Fresh off clinching a PSAC playoff berth, the Edinboro University volleyball team hopes to send its seniors off in style as they host Slippery Rock in a Senior Night matchup on Tuesday, November 3 at 7 p.m. The Fighting Scots enter the contest riding a 14-game winning streak and sit at 27-2 overall and 16-1 in the PSAC West.
The Rock enter Tuesday's match on a five-game losing streak and are 10-20 overall with a 3-14 mark in the PSAC West. In this year's first meeting with Slippery Rock, the Fighting Scots cruised to a 3-0 victory by set scores of 25-22, 25-8 and 25-14.
Prior to the contest, four departing seniors will be honored in a pre-game ceremony.

Breanna Gardner and
Katie Felix will be honored and recognized for their accomplishments over the past four years.
Sophomore
Challen Litwiler leads the Edinboro offense with 380 kills this season, the 20
th- highest total in school history. Juniors
Victoria Severo and
Latoya Hutchinson rank second and third with 267 and 211 kills, respectively. Sophomore setter
Sydney Trathen leads the squad with 1,036 assists, ranking 17
th in single-season history. She has also boosted her career total to 1,829 career assists to move into ninth all-time.
Maycock leads Edinboro defensively with 452 digs, the 15
th-most in a season. She continues to climb in several career records categories, moving into fourth place in games played (479), sixth in career digs (1,491), and eighth in career service aces (141).
Severo paces the squad with a team-high 84 total blocks, while Hutchinson leads all Fighting Scots with 15 block solos.
Concheck and Felix have seen limited action this year but both still rank highly in the career records. Concheck holds the school record for block solos with 96, and Felix is sixth in all-time assists with 2,301.
