Chayse Wolf recorded his first career triple-double on Sunday, as the Edinboro Wheelchair basketball team snapped a three-game losing streak with a 68-52 win over Toronto D2. The Fighting Scots competed in the second day of the 9th Annual Capital Wheelchair Basketball Invitational at the Kentland Community Center.
With the win, the Fighting Scots improve to 10-5 on the season. Edinboro returns to action in the new year on Saturday, January 12 in Pittsburgh.

After leading 35-32 at the half, Edinboro used a 9-0 run over the final 2:45 of the third quarter to take a 55-40 advantage and secure the win. The Fighting Scots led by single digits for the majority of the first 30 minutes, but never trailed in the game. Jacob Spillers scored seven of the nine points during the run. The freshman drilled a 3-pointer and scored two layups. Cor'Rales Dupree also laid in a basket during the run. Edinboro led by double figures the rest of the contest.
The Fighting Scots shot 52.9 percent (27-of-51) from the field, drained 4-of-6 3-pointers, and converted 10-of-19 free throws. Toronto was held to just under 40 percent shooting, going 21-of-53 (39.6 pct.) on the day, 1-for-6 from behind the arc, and 9-of-14 at the charity stripe. Edinboro won the battle on the boards, 28-25, dished out 19 assists to D2's 12, held an 11-6 advantage in forced turnovers, and led 8-2 in steals. The Scots dominated in the paint, outscoring Toronto D2, 36-8, and held a 17-10 advantage in bench points.
Four Fighting Scots posted double figures in the win. Chayse Wolf led the way with his first career triple-double, as he scored a game-high 20 points. He shot 7-of-11 and converted 3-of-4 3-pointers. The junior also recorded a game-high 12 rebounds and 10 assists. Senior Seamus McNally added a season-high 12 points, going 4-of-7 from the field and 4-of-6 at the line. He also passed out four dimes. Cor'Rales Dupree contributed 11 points on 5-of-8 shooting, while grabbing four rebounds. Jacob Spillers came off the bench for 13 points on 5-of-11 shooting. Kevin Atherley posted eight points, brought down five boards and recorded five steals.
