Miletska and Kopacko Win Three Events at Clarion

EDINBORO, Pa. – Edinboro's Yana Miletska and Katelyn Kopacko led the Fighting Scots by winning all three events they competed in during their last dual meet as seniors. The Fighting Scots suffered a 188-106 loss against Clarion. Edinboro dropped to 4-2 while Clarion is 4-2.

Miletska recorded a time of 1:06.82 in the 100-yard breaststroke, 2:24.99 in the 200-yard breaststroke, and 2:14.70 in the 200-yard IM. Kopacko touched first in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 23.95, 100-yard freestyle with a time of 53.15, and was part of the 200-yard freestyle relay with a time of 1:38.66. Makayla Scheu, Kaitlyn Diager and Rachel Roscoe also competed in the 200-yard freestyle relay.

In addition, Paige Smith placed first in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:26.94.

The Fighting Scots are back in action on February 19-22 at the PSAC Championships.
