EDINBORO, PA- On Saturday, Oct. 23, the Edinboro Women's Volleyball team (16-3) will match up with California University of Pennsylvania (9-9) for a PSAC West match up on the road at California, PA. The game is scheduled for 4 p.m.

- In Edinboro's previous game, they were back at McComb Fieldhouse for the first time since Oct, 1st., they now head back onto the road with a match up against Cal

- In the team's previous game on Oct. 22, Edinboro defeated Clarion University in a quick three-set sweep (25-19, 26-24, 25-18)

- In the match up against Clarion, sophomore Natalie Pallone led the attack with a team-high 10 kills, Pallone is fourth in kills for Edinboro, with 97 on the season
- Senior Alicia Eldredge who leads Edinboro this season with 679 assists, continued her dominance with a game-high 25 assists against the Golden Eagles
- On the defensive side Edinboro found success in shutting down the Clarion offensive attack, the Golden Eagles were held to a .080 hitting percentage
- Edinboro also posted seven total blocks, compared to Clarion's zero
California University of Pennsylvania
- Cal holds the advantage in previous match ups against Edinboro, the Scots are (6-10) all time
- Cal comes into the competition with an overall record of (9-9) and a PSAC West record of (4-5)
