EDINBORO, PA - The Fighting Scots (0-1) are set to compete against Bloomsburg (0-1) in PSAC action on Friday, Nov. 5 at 5 p.m. at the McComb Fieldhouse. Edinboro will then travel to take on Allegheny College Saturday, Nov. 6 at 1 p.m. in Meadville, Pa.
Your Fighting Scots
- Edinboro will be looking to continue with improved performance on the back of their first meet of the season which saw Indiana take the overall victory
- Paige Smith put in a strong performance in the 1000-yard freestyle, qualifying for PSAC's with a time of 11:07.19 to take second place in the overall race. Paige finished second in the 500-yard freestyle at 5:27.89, also qualifying for PSAC's
- Stephanie Sipple was victorious in the 200-yard freestyle and also qualified for PSAC's with a time of 1:59.83. Stephanie was also able to qualify for PSAC's in the 200-yard butterfly, clinching the spot with a time of 2:11.82
- Makayla Scheu placed second in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 24.75 which saw her clinch a PSAC berth. In the 100-yard freestyle Makayla also qualified for PSAC's with a time of 54.62
- Leia Ross also clinched a PSAC berth in the 200-yard IM with a time 2:16.33 for third place. Leia was victorious in the 200-yard backstroke which sealed a PSAC spot, finishing at 2:12.39
