Flushing, Ny. – The Edinboro women's tennis team fell to Queens College 0-7 at the QC Tennis Bubble on Friday afternoon. With the loss, the Scots fall to (5-3) overall. 

Edinboro fell behind early in their match by dropping the doubles point. The duo of Kaitlin Toth and Anisha Thada fell in a close one 3-6, but the Scots were unable to secure a victory in doubles play.  

A similar theme carried over into singles play as the Knights secure all six match points. The first singles match between Vidisha Pallamreddy and Maja Makal came down to the wire. Ultimately, Makal secured the victory over Pallamreddy 6-7, 4-6.  

After winning five of their first six matches prior to this weekend, the Scots will look to lock back in with conference play beginning next week. 

Edinboro will be back in action next Saturday when they host West Chester University.
