Edinboro, Pa. – The Fighting Scots played their last home game of the season on Wednesday afternoon against Seton Hill, who are the top ranked side in the PSAC West. The visiting Griffins took the decision in a 20-0 win.
Edinboro had opportunities with the ball but were unable to clear the ball due to Griffins pressure. The Fighting Scots had 15 groundballs on the day with Abigail Juzwick grabbing four of them.
Seton Hill began the game with three goals in the first minute, finishing the first quarter with an 8-0 lead.
Seton Hill's Hannah Thompson and Alaina TeSelle each had three goals to their names. Jaclyn Frank was the assist leader with three.
Scoring slowed down from the second quarter onwards. Kaitlyn Binotto added another 15 saves on the day taking her total to 200 for the season with one game remaining.
Edinboro finish their season with a trip away to Lock Haven University on Saturday Apr. 30 with game time set for 1 p.m.
