Edinboro, Pa. -- The Edinboro men earned another win on Friday night and their second sweep of the season over Frostburg State University. The Scots finished with a commanding 7-0 win where they didn't let up a point in doubles or singles. With the win the Edinboro men improve to (4-1) overall.
Doubles
In doubles the Scots made a clean sweep of three-straight to take first point of the match. Bruno Sabio and Rocco Palombarini held on in a tight dual that went to a tiebreaker.
Singles
In singles Edinboro finished with six straight wins. Sabio and Acuna were able to hang on and pull through for Edinboro in close matches that went into extra sets.
Francesco Giannone and Arshjot Bhatti each posted commanding wins in singles during their season debuts.
