Erie, Pa. -- The Edinboro women's tennis team dropped a 5-2 decision to visiting Millersville Saturday night at Westwood Racquet Club.

Marina Zottelle and Maria Clara Salomao tallied a 7-5 win over Luci Consigliere and Sophie Lanius, but the Marauders won the two other doubles matchups to take the doubles point.

Cecilia Carayol topped Noelle Htwar at number one by a score of 7-5, 7-5. Zottele picked up the other win for the Scots at number five with a 4-6, 6-4, 10-8 win over Lanius. 

At number two, Hui Jen Soo defeated Luciana Ponce 6-3, 6-2. Rafaella Almeida dropped a 7-6, 6-0 match to Chloe Abramowitz at number three.

Sido Rault scored the win for Millersville at number four by a score of 6-1, 6-1 over Lara Sener. Salomao fell 6-4, 6-1 to Consigliere at number six.

The Scots are back in action on Friday when they travel to Farimont State.
