Youngstown, Ohio – The Edinboro men's cross country team finished eighth at the Youngstown State Invitational on Saturday.
 
PJ Berger was the first Scot across the line with a time of 28:55.33 good for 51^st. Aivan Vargas was 64^th in a time of 29:31.12. Ackerly Mulcaster was 69^th in a time of 29:48.92.
 
Garrett Bartlebaugh was next to finish in a time of 30:34. 46 to take 84^th while Aaron Myers was 97^th in a time of 31:33.31.
 
Ian Bird posted a time of 31:33.76 to finish 98^th. Isaiah Sanchez checked in with a time of 33:39.82 to take 116^th.
 
The Scots are back in action on Oct. 5 with a trip to Louisville, Ky. for the Live in Lou XC Classic.
