Indiana, Pa. -- The Edinboro women's soccer team dropped a 4-0 decision to host IUP on Wednesday afternoon in PSAC West action.

The Crimson Hawks opened the scoring in the ninth minute on a goal by Elle Smith. Smith extended the lead to 2-0 with another goal in the 14th minute. IUP would take that 2-0 lead into the half.

Abby Caruso tacked on an insurance tally in the 51st minute. Smith scored her third goal of the game in the 56th minute to set the final.

Devin Keidel led the Fighting Scot offense with three shots. Brianna Garey made five saves in 70 minutes between the posts.

The Scots return to action next Wednesday when they travel to Pitt-Johnstown for a 4 p.m. contest.
