Edinboro, Pa. – The Edinboro volleyball team returns to McComb Fieldhouse Friday and Saturday for the final two games of the regular season against Clarion and Slippery Rock.
The Games
The Scots play host to Clarion on Friday at 6 p.m. inside McComb Fieldhouse and then take on Slippery Rock at 4 p.m. on Saturday in their Senior Day contest. Both matches will be
broadcast on the PSAC Digital Network and have
live stats available.
Postseason Outlook
The Scots are currently on the outside looking in at the PSAC postseason but still have a path to the conference tournament pending the results of the weekend. Edinboro will need to win both contests this weekend and get some help around the league to earn a postseason berth.
Last Time Out
The Scots are coming off a 3-0 loss at Seton Hill last Saturday.
Reilly Parent tallied nine kills to lead the offense.
Makayla Neelands added seven and
Maggie Koster, Fairth Schneider and Elles van Kallenburg each had six.
Grace Petro notched 17 set assists. Neelands had a team-high 11 digs.
Last Time Out Clarion
The Golden Eagles are coming off a 3-2 victory over Pitt-Johnstown on Saturday. Raegan Stader led the Clarion offense with 20 kills. Marisa Markou triggered the offense with 32 assists. Haley Fledderjohann recorded a team-high 34 digs.
Last Time Out Slippery Rock
The last contest for the Rock was a 3-0 loss to IUP. Lauren VonderHarr paced the offense with nine kills. Paityn Krause notched 14 assists and Kara Pasquale tallied 14 digs.
