Lock Haven, Pa. -- The Edinboro women's volleyball team returns to action with three matches at the Bald Eagle Classic on Friday and Saturday hosted by Lock Haven.

The Scots play Goldey-Beacom on Friday at 2 p.m and host Lock Haven at 6 p.m. Edinboro returns to the court on Saturday for a noon contest with Bloomsburg.

Last Time Out
The Scots are coming off a pair of wins over Jefferson last Saturday. In the first contest with the Rams
Faith Schneider tallied 12 kills and a block while
Makayla Neelands added 10 kills and three service aces.
Grace Petro tallied 17 helpers while
Laney Burns turned in 12assists and 12 digs. In the second half of the doubleheader, Neelands notched 14 kills and five aces while
Reilly Parent finished with 10 kills and four aces. Burns tallied 16 assists and Petro added 15 more.
Aces
Edinboro has had a strong start to the year at the service line. The Scots currently rank 18th in Division II and third in the PSAC in aces per set averaging 2.61. Neelands leads the team ranking second in the conference with 0.70 aces per set. Burns checks in at fifth in the PSAC with 0.61 per set.
On the Road Again
The Scots first nine games including the three this weekend have been away from McComb Fieldhouse. The first opportunity for fans to catch Edinboro at McComb is Saturday Sept. 27 when they host Shepherd at 5 p.m.
