2021
- Sally was active in all 29 of the team's matches and became a strong force up on the net. in her fourth season at Edinboro she led the team with 67 total blocks. On offense Sterkel ranked third in kills with over 200 on the season. Sally's season highlight came in a match against Shepherd when she finished with 15 kills and six digs, both were season highs. Sally's dynamic skills on and off the court earned allowed her to be recognized as one of Edinboro's Scholar Athletes.

2018
Played in all 28 matches and in 101 sets … second on the team in kills with 236, and had a .308 hitting percentage, which ranked seventh in the PSAC … second on the team in total blocks (79), while leading the team in block assists (69) and ranking second in block solos (10) … had 14 service aces … had ten matches with double-figure kills, including a season-high 15 vs. Davis & Elkins (9/1/18) and Indiana(Pa.) (10/6/18) … hit over .500 in five matches, including .583 with the 15 kills vs. IUP (10/6/18) … was named the PSAC Northwest Athlete of the Week for her performance in the Rebich Investments Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL
Played for head coach Tom Ray at Notre Dame Cathedral Latin High School … was a two-year starter for the Lions … part of PIAA state championship teams in 2014 and 2015 … was a 2017 honorable mention All-Ohio selection, along with earning first team all-district honors … recipient of 2017-18 OHSAA Courageous Student Award … also played basketball at NDCL.
