Played in 12 matches for a total of 27 sets … had 24 kills in 91 attempts … added 15 digs and 11 total blocks, along with a service ace … had a season-high 5 kills against Slippery Rock (10/30/18) … added 4 kills along with season highs of 5 digs and 3 blocks vs. Clarion (10/5/18).
HIGH SCHOOL
Played for head coach Diane Geist at Knoch High School, where she was a four-year starter … in 2017, was the WPIAL Class AAA MVP, was named to the Pa. All-State Team, and was a MaxPreps All-American after finishing with 340 kills and 150 blocks … also earned All-State honors as a junior … a four-time All-Section selection and WPIAL All-Star … led the Knights to a 24-0 record, winning the PIAA Class AAA state championship along with the WPIAL and Section titles … in 2016, she had 264 kills and 95 blocks as Knoch posted an 18-4 record … had 203 kills and 55 blocks as a sophomore, and 92 kills and 72 blocks as a freshman … also earned a letter in basketball.

Born July 8, 1999 … Environmental Biology major … daughter of Donna and Ron Armahizer … has one sister (Brooke) … has a number of relatives who competed in athletics in college, including uncle David Armahizer (football at Westminster), cousins Jade Thrower (softball at Edinboro), Abbie Thrower (softball at Seton Hill), and Ryan and Stephen Armahizer (soccer at Penn State Behrend).
