MANSFIELD, Pa. (January 4, 2015) – The Edinboro women's basketball team stretched its winning streak to seven games with a decisive 85-43 win at Mansfield on Sunday afternoon. Edinboro's largest lead came on the final field goal when Raven Brown made a jumper with 10 seconds left to make it the final score of 85-43.

The Fighting Scots 85 points were their second highest scoring output of the season. They scored 91 points against Mercyhurst on December 6, 2014. The 12 3-pointers made was Edinboro's highest total since making 12 versus Seton Hill on December 4, 2013.

Edinboro outscored Mansfield 43-18 in the paint in addition to its hot 3-point shooting. The Fighting Scots also scored 17 points on the fast break compared to none for the Mounties and the Scots bench scored 36 points while Mansfield's scored 18.
