EDINBORO, Pa. (October 22, 2015) – The Edinboro University women's soccer team will recognize five seniors as part of Senior Day on Saturday, October 24 when the Fighting Scots take on East Stroudsburg, the defending PSAC Champions, in their final regular season home match at 1:00 p.m. at Sox Harrison Stadium.

Wednesday's 1-0 loss to Slippery Rock puts the Fighting Scots at 9-6-0 overall and 8-5-0 in the PSAC. The Warriors hold an 8-5-1 overall and PSAC record after finishing 24-1-1 a year ago. Edinboro is ranked fifth in the Atlantic Region in the NCAA's first regular season poll released this week. However, East Stroudsburg holds a one-point lead over Edinboro in the PSAC standings. The Warriors are in fifth place while the Scots are tied for sixth place.
Hartmann and DuPratt are four-year starters. While DuPratt has handled things on the defensive side for Edinboro, Hartmann leads the Fighting Scots with 23 points on nine goals and five assists. She is ranked ninth all-time in Edinboro scoring in career points (65), eighth in career goals (23), and fourth in career assists (19). Sophomore midfielder
Ashley Mutkus is second with 15 points on five goals and five assists. Mutkus missed the Slippery Rock game due to a death in the family.
Goalkeeper
Sarah Baskey has started eleven games in goal. She has a 7-4-0 record with a 1.17 goals allowed average and four shutouts.
East Stroudsburg rides into Edinboro on a two-game winning streak, defeating Seton Hill in double overtime on Saturday, 1-0, and beating Bloomsburg on Wednesday, 2-1. Four out of the Warriors' five losses were decided by one goal. Those losses were against West Chester, Indiana (Pa.), Kutztown, and Shippensburg. They will play top-ranked and undefeated Gannon in their regular season finale.
Shea Neal and Sammi Jo Hughes are tied for the Warriors team scoring lead, each with 12 points on five goals and two assists. Brielyn Hackett and Sammi Ortiz are tied for third with 6 points. Goalie Jules Harris has played the majority of time in goal, holding a 7-4-1 record with a 1.16 goals against average and three shutouts.
East Stroudsburg defeated Edinboro, 2-0, a year ago. Hannah Gombos and Sarah Scheidell each had a goal in the Warriors' win.
