STORYLINE
Fourth-seeded Edinboro (20-7, 16-6 PSAC West) travels to top-seeded Indiana (Pa.) (24-2, 20-2 PSAC West) on Tuesday night for a PSAC Quarterfinal affair. It is the third straight season the two teams have met in the PSAC Quarterfinals with the Fighting Scots winning 79-60 last season and 75-71 two years ago. The Fighting Scots are in pursuit of their fourth PSAC title in the last five years. The Crimson Hawks are ranked seventh in Division II and have won two games in a row. IUP won both regular season meetings, defeating Edinboro at IUP 86-60 on January 14 and 91-81 in Edinboro on February 14. The Scots had previously won the last 11 meetings in the series. Edinboro is currently 10th in the NCAA Atlantic Regional Rankings while Indiana (Pa.) is first. Virginia State was the first team to clinch a spot in the NCAA Atlantic Regional by winning the CIAA Tournament last Saturday. The winner of the PSAC Tournament also earns an automatic bid and the six other teams are at-large selections determined by the NCAA regional rankings.

EDINBORO QUICK THREE
Laurel Lindsay has now played 119 career games for Edinboro. That ties Kerry Connolly for the most games played in a Fighting Scots uniform. The graduate student guard/forward has enjoyed great individual and team success in a Fighting Scots uniform. While ranking in the top 25 in multiple statistics in school history such as career scoring (1,148), rebounding (528), assists (528), Edinboro has compiled a 95-24 overall record with two PSAC titles, an Atlantic Regional title, and Elite Eight appearance during her four years in uniform (missed 2011-12 season due to injury).

Nicole Johnson played her first 56 games as a Fighting Scot without recording a double-double before achieving the feat in back-to-back games. She recorded her first career double-double last Wednesday against Pitt-Johnstown. The sophomore forward scored 10 points and pulled down a career-high 13 rebounds. The Pittsburgh, Pa. native followed that performance with another double-double against Seton Hill on Saturday. She scored a career-high 16 points and pulled down 12 rebounds. Earlier this year against Gannon on February 4, Johnson scored 12 points including the game-winner against Gannon. Johnson is third for the Fighting Scots in rebounding at 5.0 rpg. while starting 20 games.

• Edinboro is first in Division II in 3-point shooting percentage, shooting 40.0 percent on 3-pointers. The Fighting Scots finished last season second in Division II from beyond the arc connecting on 39.1 percent of their 3-point attempts. Lauren Hippo ranks atop the team in 3-point percentage. The school's all-time leader in 3-point percentage (45.3 percent) has made 69-of-153 (45.1 percent) of her 3-point attempts. The junior guard ranks first in the PSAC in 3-point percentage and seventh in the nation. Her 69 3-pointers made ranks fifth in school history for a single season. Valerie Majewski also ranks in the top 20 in the nation in 3-point shooting percentage. The senior guard has shot 44.3 percent (47-for-106) on 3-pointers ranking third in the PSAC and 10th in Division II. The Fighting Scots have made 40 percent-or-more of their 3-point attempts in 16 of their 27 games. Edinboro has made 192 3-pointers this season. The Scots are only eight made 3-pointers away from tying the program-record of 200 3-pointers set by last year's team. They are currently third in school history, also trailing the 2001-02 team that made 193 3-pointers.

SCOUTING INDIANA (PA)
• Indiana (Pa.) has had a strong season finishing as the top team in the PSAC West. The Crimson Hawks only losses this season have come to California (Pa.).

• IUP ranks atop the PSAC in multiple statistics and among the best in the nation in several. The Crimson Hawks are first in the conference in scoring offense (78.5 ppg.) and second in scoring defense (58.9 ppg.). They rank fourth in Division II in scoring margin (+19.6), fifth in rebound margin (+10.5), eighth in field goal percentage (46.3 percent), and third in assists per game (18.8).

• Lindsay Stamp is the PSAC's top scorer at 20.2 ppg. The senior guard is also averaging 8.1 rpg., the ninth-best mark in the conference. The Mercyhurst transfer has been superb as of late, scoring 13-or-more points in the last six games and scoring at least 21 points in the last three games. Stamp is averaging 21.8 ppg. over the last six games.
The senior guard/forward has been a thorn in Edinboro's side this year. Stamp scored 22 points with nine rebounds and four assists in the first meeting between the two and followed that with 14 points and four assists in the second game. She is shooting 16-for-26 (61.5 percent) against the Fighting Scots this year.
