EDINBORO, Pa. (Feb. 16, 2016) – Edinboro University Director of Athletics Bruce Baumgartner has announced that tonight's scheduled men's basketball game with Wheeling Jesuit has been cancelled due to the weather and poor travel conditions. The contest was scheduled for this evening at 7 p.m. at McComb Fieldhouse.

The region was hit by heavy snow overnight and many reports indicated the storm was worse to the south. All PIAA boys basketball playoff games had been postponed earlier in the day. The game will not be made up this season.

Tonight was also Make-A-Wish Night, with Edinboro recognizing a number of individuals and wish recipients at halftime. Those activities will now take place on Saturday, February 20 at halftime of the men's basketball game when the Fighting Scots host Seton Hill in their final home game. That contest is scheduled to tip off at 3 p.m.
