EDINBORO, PA- The Edinboro Women's Volleyball team (11-1) will travel to Erie, PA to match up with Gannon University (15-2) at the Hammermill Center on Tuesday, Oct. 5. The game is scheduled for 7 p.m.

- Edinboro kept their winning streak alive this past weekend when they defeated Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) and University of Pitt Johnstown (UPJ) at McComb Fieldhouse
- The Fighting Scots currently hold the top spot in the PSAC West standings, and are one two teams that remain undefeated in conference play at (4-0)
- In Edinboro's action this past weekend, the offense remained at a high level, the team combined for 96 kills and 90 assists in just two games
- On defense the Fighting Scots continued to be relentless, the team combined for 12 blocks and 161 digs
- Bella Burrelli was a major contributor this past weekend, she led the team with 37 points in two games
Gannon University
- Gannon is currently (15-2) overall and (4-0) in PSAC West competition, in their previous game they defeated Clarion 3-1
- The Golden Knights currently hold a winning streak of their own, Gannon has won their last six games
- In Gannon's win over Clarion, Senior Lauren Sampson led the offense with 16 kills, six aces, and hit .300
- On the defensive end Freshman Emma Hall led the Knights with 20 digs and Freshman Sam Deinek contributed 15 digs of her own
