Lock Haven, Pa. -- The Edinboro football team claimed two of the PSAC West Athlete of the Week honors with Brian Trobel being named Offensive Player of the Week and Reed Martin earning Special Team Athlete of the Week honors.

Trobel scored five total touchdowns, four on the ground and one receiving, the most by a Fighting Scot since Elbert Cole scored six touchdowns against Slippery Rock in 1989. He finished with 111 total yards, 59 rushing and 52 receiving. With his five scores, Trobel was the PSAC leader in rushing scores, total touchdowns and scoring.

Martin brought home his third Special Teams Athlete of the Week award this season. He was only called upon to punt three times, but he placed two of those punts inside the 20 while averaging 41.7 yards per punt.
