Edinboro, Pa. – The Fighting Scots put up a battle against the visiting Bald Eagles of Lock Haven, eventually falling to a 8-25 result. 
 
The game saw two very different halves of play. The first half saw an exchange of goals, with Lock Haven leading at the half 11-7.
 
Rylee Jones opened the Edinboro scoring, with Emma Lamica and Traci Culver adding a goal each to try and fight back against the early Lock Haven goal rush.
 
Rylee Jones took it upon herself to get Edinboro back in the game before halftime. Three goals without reply saw Jones score some of her best goals this season. Traci Culver added a fourth without reply from a Jones assist putting Edinboro within four at the half.
 
Traci Culver added her third goal of the day to start the second half off with a bang for Edinboro. Lock Haven regrouped and saw the remainder of the game out, shutting the Edinboro attack out and took their chances well.
 
Rylee Jones was a standout performer in the game. Jones takes her goal tally to the season to 35 alongside 14 assists, totaling 49 points. Traci Culver now has 11 goals and three assists on the season.
 
Next up for Edinboro is their final home game of the season against Slippery Rock. The match is scheduled for a 4 p.m. start on Apr. 26.
