Quincy, Ill. -- The Edinboro women's volleyball team returns to action with three games at the Quincy Invitational Friday and Saturday hosted at the Pepsi Center in Quincy, Ill.
The Games
The Scots will play three contests opening against the tournament host Qunicy at 1 p.m. on Friday. Edinboro will then take on Upper Iowa at 4 p.m. on Friday and round out the weekend with a 3 p.m. contest with Newman on Saturday.
Last Time Out
Edinboro went 2-2 at the St. Anslem Invitational a week ago.
Makayla Neelands led the offense with 34 kills in 13 sets played.
Bella Burrelli added 29.
Abigale Soboleski and
Laney Burns split the setting duties notching 67 and 66 assists respectively.
Defensive Efforts
Erika Lindqvist leads the Edinboro defense recording 12 total blocks.
Natalie Pallone is right behind her with 11 inlcuding four solos. Libero
Carly Pry recorded 48 digs last weekend.

Bella Burrelli became the 16th Scot to surpass the 1,000 kill plateau. She currently has 1,019 career kills the 15th best mark in school history.
