Lock Haven, Pa. – The Edinboro women's lacrosse team dropped a 19-1 decision to host Lock Haven Saturday afternoon in PSAC West action.
How it Happened
Lock Haven jumped out fast scoring seven goals in the first quarter to build a 7-0 lead. The Bald Eagles added four more in the second quarter to take an 11-0 lead into the half.
The lead grew to 17-0 after three quarters with Lock Haven scoring six times in the third. The Bald Eagles scored the first goal of the fourth before
Jacqui Detelich put the Scots on the board with a goal assisted by
Olivia Kaminsky at the 11:47 mark of the fourth.
Stat Leaders
Detelich scored the Edinboro goal and Kaminsky picked up the assist.
Rylee Jones and
Angelina Anderson each tallied three shots. Jones also caused six turnovers, recorded six draw controls and scooped up five ground balls.
Addy Ours took the loss in net making five saves.
