Edinboro, Pa. -- The Edinboro football team plays host to California (PA) on Saturday with kickoff at 2 p.m.inside Sox Harrison Stadium.

LAST TIME OUT EDINBORO
The Scots dropped a 35-12 decision to IUP last Saturday. Caron Robinson carried the ball 11 times for 61 yards to lead the offense. Nico Marchitelli finished the day 9-of-18 for 98 yards and a touchdown. Junior Aderomillehin caught four passes for 56 yards. Nick Pennucci led the Edinboro defense with six tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss. Daunte White added four stops, one sack, a forced fumble and an interception.

LAST TIME OUT CAL
The Vulcans are 4-1 on the season and 1-1 in PSAC West play after dropping a 16-7 decision to Seton Hill last week. The Cal quarterbacks combined to go 15-of-27 for 175 yards with Roman Purcell throwing a touchdown to Kendrick Agenor. Agenor carried the ball 11 times for 78 yards. Alexie Sangster Jr. led the defense with eight tackles.

DAUNTE WHITE
In his first action of the season, Daunte White recorded nine tackles with six solo stops. He also tallied 4.5 tackles for loss and 2.0 sacks. He helped the Scots pitch a second-half shutout of Clarion in the Scots 21-20 victory. The 4.5 tackles for loss is the most since Victor Hudson recorded 6.5 TFLs in 2016.

HONOR ROLL
The Scots earned a pair of PSAC Player of the Week honors in Week 0. Jaret Frantz hauled in touchdowns of 11 yards, 11 yards and 12 yards as part of a six catch 78 yard day against East Stroudsburg to earn Offensive Player of the Week honors. Ricco Sastoque averaged 52.0 yards per punt including a long of 62 and pinned the Warriors inside the 20 twice to earn Special Teams Player of the Week Honors.
