Edinboro, Pa. – The Edinboro women's soccer team scored a 2-0 victory over visiting Seton Hill Saturday afternoon in PSAC West action in Sox Harrison Stadium.
The teams played an even first half with both sides attempting five shots and each keeper making a pair of saves to go to the break 0-0.
Jada Cole gave the Scots a 1-0 lead just three minutes into the second frame collecting a loose ball and beating the goalie with her right foot.

Elise Cacchione provided Edinboro with an insurance tally.
Noelle Dubnicka entered the 18 and touched the ball over to Cacchione on the left wing. Cacchione gathered and buried the shot high inside the far post to put the Scots up 2-0.

Brianna Garey kept them off the scoreboard.
Cole and
Samantha Saylor each tallied a pair of shots for the Scots. Garey made five saves earning her fourth shutout of the season.
The Scots return to action on Wednesday when they travel to IUP for a 4 p.m. kickoff against the Crimson Hawks.
