Hiram, Ohio – Braylin Jones led the Edinboro women's wrestling team with a third-place finish at the Terrier Round Robin on Sunday.
 
Jones opened with a  fall 48 seconds into her match with Annalis Ortez Pierce of Rio Grande. Jones ran her record to 2-0 in pool competition with a 10-0 tech fall over Basil Kiracofe of Carthage. In her final pool match, Jones dropped a 12-0 tech fall to Makyla Bolinger of York. In the medal round Jones scored a pin over Celeste Nunez of Indiana Tech to bring home third-place honors.
 
At 160, Heidi Gordon opened her day with a 6-1 loss to Jahzari Abney of York. She bounced back with a 4-2 victory over Allison Strausbaugh of Alfred State. In her final pool match, Gordon was pinned by Cicely Cullins of Hiram. In her first consolation match, Gordon scored a 6-0 decision over Jyla Johnson against Alfred State. Gordon dropped her final match via fall to Gillian Coulson.
 
The Scots are back in action on Sunday when they travel to West Liberty.
