Women’s Basketball Hosts IUP on Saturday

Edinboro, Pa. – The Edinboro women's basketball team returns to McComb Fieldhouse on Saturday hosting IUP.
 
The Game
Tipoff is slated for 1 p.m. and will be broadcast on the PSAC Digital Network. Edinboro athletics will provide live stats.
 
Last Time Out
The Scots are coming off a 59-55 loss to Clarion last Saturday slipping to 13-9 overall and 10-3 in PSAC play. Rachael Manfredo paced the Edinboro offense with 17 points to go with six rebounds, three blocks and three steals. Hope Garrity and Ava Haddad each tallied nine points.
 
Shooting Efficiency
As a team, the Scots rank third in the PSAC in field goal percentage at 43.4 percent. They rank second in the conference in 3-point percentage at 34.7. Both Haddad and Manfredo are shooting over 50 percent from the floor at 52.9 and 52.7 percent respectively.
 
IUP
The Crimson Hawks enter Saturday's contest with an 18-1 overall mark and a 12-1 record in PSAC West play. IUP is coming off an 86-76 victory over Seton Hill last Saturday. Ellie Wilkerson led the Crimson Hawks with 18 points. Marin Miller added 16 points while Nyshae' Weaver turned in a double-double 15 points and 11 rebounds.
