The Edinboro women's soccer team will take on top-seeded California (Pa.) in the PSAC Semifinals on Saturday morning at 11 a.m. as part of the PSAC final four.

Fourth-seeded Edinboro (13-3-2) scored a pair of early goals and never trailed in its quarterfinal match with No. 5 Kutztown in a 2-1 win on Thursday. California (15-3-1), the 16th-ranked team in the latest national Top 25, defeated Edinboro in the only meeting between teams during the regular season, 2-1, on Oct. 3 in an extremely hard-fought match. Saturday's semifinal will be a re-match of last year's semis when Cal walked away with a 5-1 victory.

The winner of Saturday's match moves on to play in the PSAC Championship Game against the winner of the day's other semifinal, also played at Cal, between a pair of quarterfinal upset victors – No. 6 East Stroudsburg (10-4-5) and No. 7 Slippery Rock (11-5-2).
