THE GAME STORIES
• This game marks the first-ever PSAC contest between Edinboro and Seton Hill, after the Griffins joined the conference this season. Seton Hill was previously a member of the West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. The only other meeting between the two teams was in 2007. The Seton Hill men's basketball program has accumulated much success in its 12-year existence, with a 147-133 record since it began in 2003-04.

• The Fighting Scots come into Wednesday's game after a 101-65 blowout victory over Penn State New Kensington in their last game on Nov. 18 at McComb Fieldhouse. Johnathan Logan matched his career-high of 21 in the win on seven of 10 shooting from behind the arc. The matchup against Seton Hill is Edinboro's second PSAC West game, after the Scots suffered a 91-87 defeat at Pitt-Johnstown on Nov. 23. The Griffins are 1-1 in conference play, with a 56-52 win over Gannon on Nov. 23.

Bryan Theriot needs nine points to reach the 1,000-point mark for his career. The center eclipsed 500 career rebounds in the Scots' loss at Pitt-Johnstown on Nov. 23. Theriot posted 12 points and eight rebounds in the win over PSU New Kensington, giving him 991 points and 511 boards for his career. The center can become just the 15th player in Fighting Scot men's basketball history with at least 1,000 career points and 500 career rebounds. The last player to accomplish this feat was Daren Tielsch, who played from 2004-07 and tallied 1,377 career points and 739 career boards.

• This game marks the first PSAC matchup between Edinboro and Seton Hill since the Griffins joined the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference this season. Although the two schools are relatively close in distance, the teams have only crossed paths on the court once before in the 2007, with the Fighting Scots coming out on top by a score of 98-71.

Bryan Theriot has made 17 free throws in a row, including a perfect 10 of 10 in the Scots' loss at Pitt-Johnstown, and six of six from the line in Edinboro's win over Penn State New Kensington last week. Theriot has connected on 30 of 32 free throw attempts on the season. He is also 295 for 342 from the free throw line in his career, which at 86.2 percent is good for the second-best career free throw percentage in school history.

• The Fighting Scots have two of the top three-point threats in the PSAC in Jonny Marsh and Johnathan Logan. Marsh, who is shooting 18 of 19 from behind the arc, ranks first in 3-pt. FG percentage at 62.1 percent, and is tied for first in 3-pt. FGs made. At 15 of 34 on the year, Logan is tied for fourth in the league in 3-pt. FG percentage at 44.1 percent, and is also tied for fifth in the PSAC in 3-pt. FGs made.
