INDIANA, PA -- The Edinboro Women's Tennis team fell 9-0 to IUP, the #2 ranked women's tennis team in the region, on Saturday afternoon at the Maple Street Tennis Court Complex in Indiana.  The loss drops Edinboro to 13-5 and 2-3 in the PSAC, while IUP improves to 10-6 overall and 2-1 in the PSAC.

Tanya Timko defeated Oranza Carrillo 6-1, 6-2 out of the first singles slot.  Katie Eaton defeated RyAnne' baldwin 6-3, 6-2 in the number two singles match. Eaton and Erika Schnaas defeated Baldwin and Kendal Stephens 8-1 in doubles competition.  

Edinboro was on an eight-game win streak, but has since lost two in a row to PSAC foe's Cal and IUP.  They return to action Tuesday, April 2 for their first game back in Edinboro since the fall.
