Trailing by 10 points at the half, Edinboro cut the Gannon advantage down to five points on three occasions in the second half, with the last coming on a Jonny Marsh jumper to shrink the Golden Knight lead to 53-48 with 5:44 remaining. The Fighting Scots could not move any closer, as Gannon outscored Edinboro 18-11 for the remainder of the contest. The Golden Knights led by as many as 15 in the second half.
