EDINBORO, Pa. (April 11, 2014) – The Edinboro women's tennis team defeated Seton Hill on Friday evening 7-2 at home.
Julia Hellstern won her singles match and doubles match while only dropping two games on the day. The Fighting Scots record improves to 10-11 overall and 2-4 in the PSAC while Seton Hill drops to 2-12 overall and 1-6 in conference.

RyAnne' Baldwin to shutout the combination of Lauren Duffy and Alisha Torretti 8-0 in the second doubles match. The German freshman then faced Faith Finoli in the number two singles match and defeated her 6-2, 6-0.
Megan Cowling was the only other Scot to go undefeated on the day. The freshman won in the number six singles position 6-0, 6-1 against Alisha Torretti and then won 8-2 in the number three doubles position with
Lydia Browne against Chelsea Pence and Michelle Vawter.

Oranza Carrillo improved to 15-5 in that position. The Venezuelan native topped Megan Hudak 6-3, 6-4.
Edinboro will return to the court on Sunday afternoon when they take on Davis & Elkins. The non-conference tilt is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. in Edinboro.
