ERIE, Pa. (March 1, 2016) – The Edinboro University women's tennis team posted its fourth straight win and seventh overall as the Fighting Scots improved to 7-1 this season. Edinboro recorded a 7-2 victory over visiting Roberts Wesleyan at the West Racquet Club in Erie, Pa.
Edinboro swept the singles competition, but dropped two of the three doubles matches. The pairing of
Roxana Yeh and
Jelena Vucenovic posted the lone win for the Fighting Scots in doubles, posting an 8-2 victory over the Roberts Wesleyan duo of Camilla Linhart and Tiffany Hamdan.
Edinboro returns to the courts on Saturday, March 5, taking on Bluefield State.
