EDINBORO, Pa. (April 16, 2016) – The Edinboro University women's tennis team recorded its first PSAC victory of the season with a 6-3 home victory over Seton Hill on Saturday Afternoon. With the win, the Fighting Scots improve to 12-7 overall and 1-3 in the PSAC while Seton Hill dropped to 7-9 overall and 1-4 in conference competition.
 
The Fighting Scots took two of three doubles matches with the tandem of Roxana Yeh and Laura Lopez scoring a 8-4 victory over Seton Hill's Isidora Knezevic and Sara Ruiz to improve to 7-5 on the season, ranking second on the squad.  

Yeh went on to defeat Seton Hill's Paula Carvajlino by scores of 2-6, 7-5, and 10-7 to win her team-leading 16^th singles match of the season to improve to 16-4. Meanwhile, Yeh's doubles partner, Lopez, won her 15^th match of the year to improve to 15-6 with a shutout victory over Madinson DeBone
 
Jelena Vucenovic also recorded a shutout win, taking down the Griffins' Kiana Murdock to improve to 6-5 on the season.
