BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – Laura Lopez advanced to the quarterfinals of the PSAC Singles Championships before falling to Nicole Beidacki of Indiana(Pa.), 6-3, 6-2.The conference championships were held on the campus of Bloomsburg.

It marked the second quarterfinal appearance of the fall for Lopez. The junior reached the quarterfinals of the ITA Atlantic Regional on September 17 before falling to Adrianna Jeffress of Mercyhurst 6-2, 6-4. The Fighting Scots concluded double competition on Friday.

Edinboro returns to action when they travel to West Chester for a PSAC match up at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 6.
