HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – The Edinboro women's tennis team will wrap up their annual spring trip on Friday with a match against Mount Olive at 9:30 a.m. The Fighting Scots fell to 4-2 on the season with an 8-1 loss to Augustana(SD).
Tatiana Batalla picked up Edinboro's lone win as the sophomore won 0-6, 6-2, 10-8 over Berkley Darr at number three singles. That was one of two singles matches to go three sets. The other was a marathon match at number two singles, with Augustana's Taylor Jackson winning over
Julia Hellstern, 7-6, 6-7, 18-16.
