EDINBORO, Pa. – Inclement weather has forced head coach Dan Gierlak to postpone the Edinboro softball team's doubleheaders this weekend against Seton Hill and Slippery Rock. The Fighting Scots were set to host the Griffins in their home and PSAC West opener on Friday at 2:30 p.m., followed by The Rock on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. No makeup dates have been announced yet.

The Fighting Scots are 3-9 overall, following action in Virginia and Florida. They have not played since March 16, as inclement weather postponed last weekend's doubleheaders at Indiana (Pa.) and Pitt-Johnstown.

The Scots are scheduled to return to action on April 6 in a doubleheader against California(Pa.). First pitch is set for 2:30 p.m.
