Meadville, Pa. – The Edinboro men's swim team scored a 101-29 victory over host Allegheny Saturday afternoon.
The 200 medley relay team of
Braden Hain,
Jacob Bettano,
Ted Kinney and
Frank Barger placed first with a time of 1:39.58 while the team of
Kevin Santos,
Jake Hillibush,
Luke Edmonds and
Christian Connell swam an exhibition time of 1:45.84.
Tommy Collins brought home a pair of first-place finishes with a time of 1:50.05 in the 200-freestyle and 2:02.81 in the 200-butterfly.
Bettano touched the wall in 1:02.76 in the 100-breaststroke for first-place. Hain was first in the 200-breaststroke in a time of 2:07.58. He also grabbed the top spot in the 50-free with a time of 22.26.
Kinney scored a first-place finish in the 100-freestyle with a time of 49.67. Connell grabbed a first-place finish in the 200-breaststroke with a time of 2:26.32. Santos rounded out the meet with a time of 4:30.62 in the 400 IM to finish first.
The Scots are back in the pool on Saturday when they host Roberts Wesleyan at 1 p.m.
