Slippery Rock, Pa. -- The Edinboro women's soccer team continues PSAC West play on Wednesday when they travel to Slippery Rock for a 4 p.m. matchup with the Rock.

Last Time Out
Edinboro ran its record to 2-2-1 overall and 2-1 in the PSAC West after earning a 6-0 victory over Clarion last Wednesday. The Scots had six goals from six different goal scorers. Emily Vogel also added an assist to her goal. Sophia Depew notched the game winner for Edinboro. Kaylee Lauriel posted her second clean sheet in as many games making three saves against the Golden Eagles.

Offensive Output
The Fighting Scots have scored 11 goals this season averaging 2.2 goals per contest. The Scots have been efficient putting .700 (42-60) of their total shots on net. Vogel leads the team with nine points on four goals and one assist. Depew is the only other Scot with multiple goals with two. Five other Edinboro players have scored this season.

Keeping it Clean
Lauriel has recorded back-to-back shutouts with a 2-0 victory over Cal followed by a 6-0 win over Clarion. She made four saves in the game against the Vulcans and three in the win over Clarion. 

Scouting the Rock
Slippery Rock improved to 4-2 overall and 3-1 in PSAC West play after defeating IUP 3-2 on Saturday. Sydney Patrick leads not only Slippery Rock but also the PSAC in scoring with four goals and four assists. Morgan Sarver addes 10 points on three goals and four assists. In net, Leah Allman has posted a 1.62 goals against average and a .550 save percentage in six starts.
