Lock Haven, Pa. – The Edinboro women's basketball team was selected sixth in the PSAC West Preseason Coaches' Poll announced by the conference office on Thursday.
 
The Fighting Scots are coming off a PSAC West Regular Season Championship and will have a lot of new faces in 2025-26.
 
Edinboro will have to replace their top four scorers from a year ago. Ava Haddad is the top returning producer averaging 9.0 points and 4.3 rebounds per game. PSAC West Freshman of the Year Rachael Manfredo also returns to the lineup after scoring 7.0 points and grabbing 4.1 rebounds per game.
 
The Scots open the 2025-26 season on November 7 when they host the D2CCA Tip Off Classic inside McComb Fieldhouse.
