Men’s Basketball Wraps Up Regular Season with Two PSAC West Contests

Edinboro, Pa. – The Edinboro men's basketball team closes out the regular season with two PSAC West contests Wednesday and Saturday.
 
The Games
The Scots open the week on Wednesday when they host Slippery Rock at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available here. Those that can't make the game can follow on live stats or watch the game on the PSAC Digital Network.
 
On Saturday, Edinboro travels to Cal for a 3 p.m. contest with the Vulcans. Fans can follow live stats or watch the game on the PSAC Digital Network.
 
Last Time Out
The Scots moved to 15-10 overall and 11-7 in PSAC West play after a 73-72 win over Seton Hill on Saturday. Michael Dunn led the Scots in scoring with 18 points on 6-of-9 shooting from beyond the arc. Daunte Wilcott added 16 points. Ryan Ladjevich tallied 14 points, six rebounds, six assists and four steals. Cenker Evran tallied another double-double with 13 points and 14 rebounds. Steve Kelly was the fifth Scot to score in double figures with 10 points.

Playoff Picture
Edinboro is tied for second in the West with California and have secured a home game in next week's PSAC postseason. The Scots will either be the second or third seed in the tournament.
 
Slippery Rock Last Game
The Rock is fourth in the PSAC West standings at 14-13 overall and 10-9 in conference play after a 78-71 win over IUP on Saturday. Jomo Goings led the offense with 21 points. Day Waters added 20 points and seven rebounds. Ike Herster chipped in 17 points.
