Bernadette Zukina broke the PSAC Championship meet record finishing first in the 400-meter with an NCAA provisional time of 54.77 to lead the Edinboro track & field teams on the final day of the PSAC Championship Meet.
Eliza Miller posted a fifth-place finish in the 800-meter crossing the line in 2:17.78.
Kadi Bauer ran the 1,500-meter finishing in 4:55.62 placing 18
th. In the 5K,
Katie Slimon turned in a time of 18:53.75 to place 10
th and
Kate Szep was 19
th in a time of 19:50.62.
The women's 4x400 relay team of
Madeline Newark,
Maddison Doren,
Mackenzie Huston and Zukina closed out the meet with a time of 3:57.27 to place seventh.
Ethan Quezada made his first PSAC final appearance running a 1:58.83 to take eighth in the men's 800-meter.
Landon Chalmers was ninth in shot put with a throw of 15.36 meters. The relay team of
Avon Rouse,
Garrett Bartlebaugh,
Aivan Vargas and Quezada placed ninth in the 4x400 with a time of 3:21.15.
