Garey Earns Conference Honors
Garey was named the PSAC West Defensive Player of the Week after making 17 saves across two games against Point Park and Slippery Rock. She went 274:47 between goals includuing a pair of shutouts of Ursuline and Point Park.
Pitt-Johnstown
The Mountain Cats are 0-0-3 after opening PSAC West play with a 2-2 tie against Clarion. Sarah Henry scored for UPJ just 5:19 into the contest, but the Golden Eagles tied the game at 13:40 and then took a 2-1 lead into the half on a Paige Brewer goal in the 42nd minute. Maddie Barrick tied the game for the Mountain Cats at 57:07. Emma Morin made three saves in goal for UPJ
