Jada Cole at 81:47, giving the Scots the late lead after the teams were level at 3-3.
Pitt.-Johnstown generated four shots and a corner in the opening 10 minutes, with
Brianna Garey saving Kaitlyn Pavusek's effort at 4:13 before
Hailey Marchlewski put the Scots' first shot on goal at 9:01. After

Sonoka Shiokawa's assist to give the Fighting Scots a 1-0 lead. Cole forced Gianna Cardillo into another save at 22:03. Pitt.-Johnstown pressed again with Maddie Barrick's shot, two corners and Ava Kitner's attempt saved by Garey between 24:35 and 27:48, but the Scots kept the shutout intact and carried the 1-0 lead through halftime.

Jordan Corll saves, as Madelyn Pfaff scored at 54:46, Ava Kitner finished Sarah Henry's assist at 65:48 to make it 2-2. Henry scored from Kristen Horgan at 68:13 to put Pitt.-Johnstown ahead 3-2. The Scots answered through another attacking stretch, with Marchlewski scoring from
Riley Query at 77:49 to tie it 3-3. Cole hit the right woodwork at 81:40 and set up Miller's goal a few seconds later. Fighting Scots were able to hold onto the 4-3 lead against Pitt.-Johnstown.
Paige Miller scored twice, including the game-winning goal, and led the Scots with six shots and four shots on goal. Marchlewski scored on two shots, both on goal.
Elise Cacchione converted her lone shot for a goal. Cole recorded an assist and added five shots.
