Edinboro, Pa. – The Edinboro track & field teams return to action with a trip to the Grand Valley State Big Meet and the Spire Indoor Games.

The Scots will send a group to the Grand Valley State Big Meet that opens on Friday and continues on Saturday. Full schedules and meet information can be found

Last Time Out
The Edinboro women were in action last week at the Jud Logan Light Giver Open. Zukina ran a 56.83 in the 400-meter dash elite flight placing third. She also finished 10
th in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.35. Bauer ran a 5:04.02 in the mile run to place fourth. Elder competed in the elite flight of the weight throw placing fifth with a throw of 17.22 meters.
The Edinboro 4x400 relay team of
Mackenzie Huston, Maddie Hays,
Morgan Wilhelm and Zukina combined to finish third with a time of 3:55.82. In the long jump, Wilhelm cleared 4.72 meters to finish ninth.
Sophia Allison was 10
th with a jump of 4.65 meters. Allison also competed in the triple jump finishing fifth with a jump of 10.11 meters. Annabelle Briones jumped 9.78 meters to place eighth.
This is the first action for the men's team since Jan. 31 at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational.
Connor Munson scored a PSAC Record 5,284 in the heptathlon.
Tyler Storicks ran a 7.01 in the 60-meter dash to place eighth.
Donald Shymske turned in a PSAC qualifying time of 1:55.67 in the 800-meter.
In the mile run,
Shea McCusker crossed the line in 4:24.14 to place fifth. Ralph Anotonucci also posted a PSAC qualifying time of 8:44.98 in the 3K. The quartet of McCusker,
Chance Miller,
Aaron Myers and Antonucci were second in a time of 10:31.56.
Wieger De Wit was first in the high jump clearing 1.89 meters.
